Three Stone Soup Fibre Studio
Privacy
Three Stone Soup Fibre Studio runs this website. This page explains what the site collects when you visit or get in touch, and what happens to it.
When you get in touch
If you use the custom order form, you send your name, your email address, the piece you are asking about, the size and colour you have in mind, and your message. It comes to Wendy by email so she can reply. Formspree delivers the form and keeps a copy of each message in its records. Your details are used only to answer you and to plan your piece. They are never sold, and you are never added to a mailing list without being asked. Buying a piece happens in the studio’s Square shop, which has its own privacy policy.
Visitor numbers
The studio counts visits to know which pages are useful. The counts come from Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you. For each visit it records the page, the site you came from, your general location (country, region and city), and your type of device and browser. It tells one visitor from another with a code that is thrown away after 24 hours, so nothing links your visits over time. Only the totals are ever seen, and they are kept for up to a year.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Its fonts, photographs and videos are served from the site itself, so a visit makes no request to anyone else.
Where the site runs
The site is hosted on Vercel by OBdesign, the Salt Spring and Victoria web studio that built it. Neither the studio nor OBdesign sells or shares your information.
