“All items are created from my own pattern designs and finished with Three Stone Soups signature hand stitched embellishments.”
Why stitch
“Following the rhythm and pull of the cloth, the needle and thread, brings a sense of calm and solace thru stitch in expressing who I am… a piece of my story. It is needle play that allows me to bring more of me to my work.”
The three stones
“…three glossy, wet stones, black as the deepest night, smoothed and rounded by the unrelenting shaping of the waves.”

The cloth
“My linen now comes from an eastern Canadian supplier, whose sources their linen from eastern Europe. My Harris Tweed was woven in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland and my threads are sourced through an Alberta company who is a supplier of threads from Spain.”
